Bryon D. Abramowitz, SPHR is a senior consultant & client executive with the HR Strategy Consultancy, Knowledge Infusion. Bryon is extremely passionate about the alignment of People, Process, and Technology to achieve greater business outcomes. He helps his clients define their overarching HR Technology strategy and enable the strategy through the introduction of process transformation, technology selection, and deployment program management. Previously, Bryon served as KI’s Core HR domain leader, helping to define and drive Knowledge Infusion’s strategy in servicing that particular segment of the market.
Prior to joining Knowledge Infusion Bryon was at global advertising giant, Leo Burnett Worldwide (a subsidiary of the Publicis Groupe) where he held the position of Vice President and Director of Enterprise Services. While at Leo Burnett he was responsible for the agency’s business technologies. During his tenure Bryon drove numerous process and technology-related transformative initiatives ranging from an Executive Talent Management program, ERP deployments of both Financials and Human Resources, payroll outsourcing, and a highly innovative deployment of a SaaS-based Talent Acquisition solution across 42 distinct Publicis Groupe agencies.
Earlier in his career, Bryon was a Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was part of the firm’s Higher Education consulting practice, responsible for leading various technology-related efforts including PeopleSoft HR deployments for such clients as University of Colorado, University of Minnesota, Indiana University, and the University of North Carolina.
Bryon began his career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago where he was responsible for managing the Bank’s PeopleSoft HR solution.
Bryon attended DePaul University’s College of Business where he studied Human Resources Management and Business Law and continued his graduate studies at DePaul University’s Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business where his studies were concentrated in Human Resources and Management Information Systems.
He is a lifetime resident of the Chicago area, a die-hard Chicago White-Sox Fan, and an avid golfer. Bryon’s philanthropic involvement includes volunteer work at the Theatre of Western Springs, former board-member of The Adoptive Parent’s Guild of the Archdiocese of Chicago, parent advisor at Rush-Copley Hospital NICU, and a periodic volunteer at the Northern Illinois Food Bank.
